With over 20 years of experience working closely with CEOs, founders, and managers at all levels, I specialize in executive coaching and helping companies scale successfully, particularly in fast-growing global organizations. Throughout my career, I've partnered with management teams and executives in dynamic industries, particularly the tech sector, helping them overcome the challenges of scaling while building effective leadership at every level.
I hold a BA in Behavioral Sciences and an MA in Labor Studies. In addition to my academic qualifications, I am certified in Group Facilitation and have completed numerous coaching and personal development programs. My experience spans both strategic leadership and hands-on coaching, which has enabled me to create a unique approach for leaders facing complex, high-stakes environments.
